Le plateau du Lassithi (en grec : Οροπέδιο Λασιθίου) ou Lasithí (Λασίθι), est un large (environ 25 km²) plateau de Crète orientale, surtout connu des touristes comme « la vallée aux 10 000 moulins ».
Il constitue un dème (municipalité) de la périphérie de Crète, pour une superficie de 129,976 km2 et une population de 3 067 habitants (2001).
